With the minicart and Google analytics Funnel Visualization...
once a customer checks out, will items added to the minicart show up as being added to the Goal funnel in the shopping cart step or will it skip the cart step and show its entry into the flow at the shipping & billing step. Matt |

Hello Matt, Google Analaytics will not be affected. It will stay same and report the way you have it currently set up.

I have had this feature on my site in beta for less than 1 week now. On the first day it went live we sold more items and more revenue than any day in our 1 year history! Thanks., and great work!
Some feedback. One customer today (on sattelite internet access) received the following error message on MSIE7.0, but not on FireFox: "Unfortunately we are having communication difficulties with the shopping cart; please visit the cart to verify that your item(s) were added." Is this a gliche...or something all customers w/less than DSL should expect? |

This is not an issue or bug but a fall-back mechanism we have built in the feature to let your customer know that we were not able to verify if item was added (most likely it was added) but instead of confusing the customer if we do not get response back from cart after a certain time the alert message would be shown. This happens if there is a communication issue and to pro actively let your customer know about it.

So I noticed that both of the examples had the cart function in the same place on their site.
You guys mentioned it was customizable for look and feel, is the location customizable as well? Or do we have to put the cart in the upper right hand side of the page body? Thanks in advance and cool feature, I'm sure this is something that will help almost every store out there...
