Cool Setting up shipping in Webstore

I am just about fininshed with my webstore, all that is left is uploading inventory and setting up the shipping which is the hurdle at the moment.
I ship via the USPS and have found out that Amazon does not intigrate USPS shipping ( unlike just about EVERYONE Else out there) or any other carrier for that matter.
Since I ship by weight and only wish to charge actual shipping to my customers, this posses a problem.
The only remedy I have come across is the Shipping Overide Flat file, which is going to entale entering multiple shipping options for EACH product ! This would take someone with 100's of products a ton of time !
Luckly I don't have near that many, But, it is still going to eat up alot of my time.

I wanted to post this lengthy explanation just in case someone else has had the same issue.

Now the QUESTION- Is there a solution for this? Can I use the current feeds I am using from USPS in my other online store some how by emplimenting it to the Webstore as I will be closing the old store ? The webstore will have my current domain.

I hope I am clearer than mud here.
Thanks for the input !!

Default Shipping USPS

Not sure if this will help, as I do not use USPS, but you might try looking at: USPS - USPS Web Tools
