Default Article - Being Selective In Social Media

I've heard people say that social media feels too overwhelming at times and that they don't know where they should be focused. This is a great blog post that reaffirms that despite what some social media advocates say, you shouldn't be on every social service there is. Investigate them all, sure. But when it comes down to it, you should see where your customers are and focus in on those platforms.
