Overhaul

Hello-
I started my store naturalwoof.com last September. Granted the economy is not helping, but 1 order per week cant be normal. Anyway, I am proud of myself as I have done the whole site on my own, but it is now time to overhaul. I am looking for 2 things. First, I need info on how to find someone to completely re-do my site including SEO. Second, I am looking for courses, events, seminars on optimizing your business. I want this business to be my main source of income. Isnt there some sort of Boot Camp every year?
