Default I think I over did it.

Okay,

I think I did something pretty stupid.

I have submitted about 24 articles to a bunch of different sites. I mean a lot.

I just took a hit on Yahoo with regards to rankings and the only thing I can think that I did wrong was doing way too much link building with the articles.

If my assumption is correct, do I just need to let the situation run its course and wait it out? Or something else?

All the best,

Hans

Did you submit the same articles to different places? It could be duplicate content that is hurting you. If they were all different articles for different sites, it could be overuse of the links- again that could be read as Spam. I am sure our SEO team will also comment here to help.

Default Articles

I submitted the same articles with the same links to all of them. Yep, I realize it was a mistake now and I should vary the links and the text so not to spam myself. Thanks for the advise. I will be smarter next time.

Hey Lucy's Dog House-- it's okay. Don't be too hard on yourself. A lot of times we learn by trial and error. =)
