Live Search Cashback is the result of months of testing by Microsoft following the October 2007 acquisition of Jellyfish.com. At the time, Microsoft's own comparison shopping engine (CSE), Live.com, was still in beta testing. Therefore they merged the two sites.

How does Cashback Work?

Customers search for items in the Cashback engine and sign up for an account. Any purchases made through the engine result in shoppers receiving cash back in their account. Once a shopper's cash back account reaches a certain threshold, they can claim their 'cold, hard cash.' It's that simple.

Why Cost per Action?

Jellyfish was the Internet's first CSE to operate exclusively on a Cost-Per-Action (CPA) ad model. Advertisers paid listing fees based solely on whether a customer placed an order after entering their store from Jellyfish.

Instead of charging its advertisers a Cost per Click (CPC) fee like many of the other CSEs, Cashback pays a percentage of the commission it earns to its customers as an incentive for being a frequent shopper. Currently the amount of commission that gets paid out to the customer is 100% of the amount the merchant sets for products being advertised on Cashback.

All good, i will stick with using rewardlover.com. I have been using these for years and i noticed the rates are the same or they offer even more than live. Saying that will keep an eye on both to get the best cashback rates etc
