Hi -
We are thinking about getting Live chat from SC (thanks for answering my ? yesterday Audrey!). And I just wanted to get feedback from fellow website owners who have used it so far.........

There is a place for "Live Chat" and I've made some connections but not real prospects or solid leads. Not sure why. If that's what it takes to qualify a prospect before wasting time on information and more, then so be it.

we have had lice chat for a couple of years now......love it!!! the customers that do use it seem to really like it.....and on the backend the information it provides is amazing!

It is a fantastic way of showing the end user that there is someone on the other end rather than a machine. And it really increases customer relations and sales.
