Default LIve Chat Logo Problem

Hi,
I just had live chat go live on my website. Talk about something really cool! I never knew it would do all that it does. Talk about a great way to see what customers are searching for them apply that info into your SEM, but...
I am having a problem with something. On the popup window that displays when a customer clicks on my chat button, when ever I place my logo in there so it all ties together, the customer wanting to chat gets a security warning. The second I take out the code for the logo picture, the security warning goes away. I think I have the code correct, because I asked others how they did it and theirs works fine, but mine (go figure) for some reason gives that security message and I think that is an instant scare away. Any suggestions, and has anyone else had this problem? You won't get the security message now I have it off. Help Please!
Thanks,
Pam

Live Chat uses secure connection so make sure that you are serving secure files to the window to avoid any security issues. Upload the files in lib and use https to call it.

hey sunil!

so not all files saved in the "lib" are secure....meaning they do not have that "s"?

to make them secure.....all you have to do is add that "s"?

Yes you have to use absolute path to make it secure. If you are on a Yahoo store page itself it can be relative and you do not ahve to worry about it, but if you are opening a page on a different site like livechat you will have to use absolute path which is https://lib.store.yahoo.net/lib/STORENAME/FILE.EXT

having that "s" needs to be there for images that are placed on your shipping/billing page too...right?

Not really Vance, Yahoo checkout manager is smart to detect if it is coming from lib and will automatically use the secure version for checkout. Adding it will not harm though.
