Has anyone seen a decrease in PayPal orders over the past few days? Or received customer complaints about difficulty checking out with PayPal?

We haven't heard of anything happening so far, but we'll keep our eyes peeled and ears open for issues. I'll have your account manager contact you about the issue.

I've never had a problem with pay pal either making or receiving payments.

Your stores management page has a link called "Payment Center" for setting up and accepting PayPal payments.
