Default Country List
Does anyone have a link to Yahoo's list of countries that have a high tendency for fraudulent orders?

Also, does anyone have a list of countries that the United States has trade sanctions with or for one reason or another, do not let American companies sell or ship to? My company sells safety products and gets a high volume of sales inquiries from the Middle East (refineries, oil industry, etc.)
