Comments about my website?

I've been working with Solid Cactus and just published my new site. Was wondering what comments/suggestions anyone had.

Hi Jessica - ahhhhhh I'm relaxed now... ha ha... all joking aside I like your website, very clean looking.. relaxing pictures set a nice tone too! A few things, I noticed you have some extra space in your header, perhaps you could mention your $5.99 flat rate shipping fee on anything I read. I had to go into some pages to read that, but for those that won't.. get it out in the open! Also on your about us page, I don't see any building, office, or even you.
I think people might want to see who's giving them the massage or who they are buying these health related products from!

Also, change your yahoo badge to the one that states its secure. Fraud is at it's all time high, your a Yahoo store, they provide the badge with the secure thing on it, so use it! It will save you some calls from people asking if you are ( and they will call). You might want to check into a toll free number too, I'm sure someone one here has a cheap comapny to tell you about!

Again, love the look and "feel" just keep in mind you need to "relax " them with some issues right off the bat, don't get them tired by making them click through to find something as important as your low shipping costs! ;o)

Thanks for your input. I'm used to some html programming, but not to yahoo & my Solid Cactus team hasn't been very helpful at training or helping with a lot of issues. I've been wanting to put the flat shipping charge at the top of all pages or somewhere where it is easy to see, but after several tries haven't been able to figure out on my own. So I had to put it in a separate page entitled Shipping at the bottom. Tried to even put shipping at the top and it didn't look right.

Just frustrated.....Feel lost.

I thought it looked really good and professional. The green is a little harsh, maybe a lighter green? The one thing I thought was odd was the ability to enlarge pictures of people getting the different kind of massages. It was sort of creepy to have them enlarge and fill my screen...but maybe that's just me.
