Hi,

I have looked at your site. As far as the general look of the site it is very nice. I think the busy navigation on the right is a bit overpowering and crowded. I would look at your site in many different browsers. I looked at it in 5 different browsers. It does not look great in most. The alignment is not staying together and in one browser the page does not stay together. You get large breaks between sections. The text on your headers are not readable in most browsers. In IE7 you get left navigation pop-outs even in sections that do not have any information. The other browsers seem to handle the left navigation correctly. I do not like that went you choose a product option that says +15 it does not change the price on the product page. Because you don't know until you get to cart if the +15 is dollars or cents. If the price changed on the product page people would know before adding to cart. I also ran it through the validators and you have many errors on all pages. Both HTML and CSS. I think with some fine tuning, and code cleaning you will have a very nice site.

Simple, you should ask the developer/designer/agency who did your website. Ideally it is their duty to make your website functional in all standard web browsers.

I clicked on "get well gift basket" It had a small picture and a link. I clicked on it again and was taken back to the homepage. If you had nothing there, you should let the user know and suggest similar categories.
