Thanks for your input. We are trying to put in place all of your suggestions, but I am having a hard time adding the shipping informaion to the cart page. I have poked around in the shipping manager, but can't see how to add that info. If you could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate your help. Thanks so much!

Hey Beth,

You can add information to your cart page by going to Checkout Manager > Page Configuration > Shopping Cart Tab. Scroll down to the text box labeled "Page Message" and add what you want. Click "Save and Preview" to make sure everything looks right, then hit Publish Order Settings.

Sorry I misread a previous thread...

To add Yahoo's shipping calculator, go to the Shopping Cart Tab as I mentioned above, scroll down to the section called "Page Sections." Make sure that Shipping Calculator is not checked off under "Hide". Finally, double check the options by clicking on the radio button next to Shipping Calculator, hit "Edit" and make sure "Display Section Name in Checkout" is selected.
