The First Thing I Noticed Was That It's Really Easy To Just Think That All You Have Is On That Sections First Page........the Paging That You Have Does Not Stand Out.....so At Least For Me.....i Did Not Know That You Could Click On Page 2-3-4 & See More

well I see and don't see lots of things on your website. I feel you are way understating your section pages on left nav, as well as up top.
I actually love your header, but it needs to come alive! Don't forget who you are selling to here. WOMAN.. and they like flashy and bold. I suggest your top sections the text needs to have some cool red "hot" color to make them wake up along with your phone number in that header. Again lets keep in mind who you are selling to. Woman when buying a bathing suit of all things, have many questions to ask... I had to really look to see how I could contact you????????

Also.. left nav looks like it isn't finished yet?? Is it?? It should match the rest of your store colors.. again.. I love the logo and the greenish color, but get some red! The babe's are hot so should your website!

Im thinking your bathing suits are like Venus swimwear so it might help to look at their website so you can see how bold and sassy they have theirs. I know you stated you like plain and simple, but you have way to much compition to sit back in the shade with this.. and why would you want to?
You have some really nice, cool looking suits ( oh if I was only 21 again hee hee).. The person that speaks the loudest is normally the one heard
( can you understand that?) .....if ya got it flaunt it...!)

The header is great, just looks unfinished, same as the left nav and several other areas.
If you want to improve sales, you have to start with the apperence of your website.
You need your company info listed... where are you from?? Who are you?? Any customer testimonials? Who do you use for shipping? Is your website safe?
People look for these things right off the bat! Your pictures are great, the suits are very nice looking.. so why do you want to stay simple? If you want to stay simple and quiet then get some one piece bathing suits on this... these bikini baring babes are far from simple! So your website has to be as inviting!

I agree with comments Pam made about making it stand out a little more --

Also....on your item page, you have drop down boxes to select sizes, color and quantity...which is great, except to make it easier for the customer to shop, shouldn't you assume the quantity would be 1, then let them change quantity at checkout?

I would also change the add to cart button, make it stand out a bit more and make it closer to the drop down boxes

Possibly offer to buy separates -- I am assuming you sell bikini's together, athough because you offer sizes different for each, does that mean I can buy one or the other? Maybe make this an option if you can - many women will wear one bikini top with shorts or something, and might help boost sales...

Also on checkout page it REQUIRES me to set up an account in order to order from you. This alone would make me leave and go somewhere else. I would make this an OPTION, so if I want to do this I can, but I don't have to.

Also, like Pam said, on your about us page - tell me who you are, and whats more why should I buy from you than someone else?? (where's the value?)

Easy contact method is missing too - makes you look like you are hiding - but your email link and phone number in the header - so it makes easy for people to call you or email you. Also make sure this is also on the checkout page, in case customers have questions while they are in the shopping cart.

Nice swim suits but I agree with Pam - you are selling to women - so make it look more appealing to women!!
