I have run into a snag with shipping product in excess of 150 lbs using UPS real time shipping. How are others dealing with orders that exceed the UPS 150 lbs limit?

Get Solid Cactus's "shipping manager" program. it will be the best money you ever spent!
I've had it for about 9 months now. It doesn't matter what the item/items total weight is, it gives your customer their shipping costs. Im repeating myself from another area's post, but if your customer orders say an item that has to ship alone, you can set that function too, then on the same order if they order other things that can be shipped together it does that too. Turns it all into one shipping cost. It also lets you give their customers a choice between shippers, even the post office.. Bam.. shows the shipping! You'll love it, and you'll stop loosing money and customers because you have to call them and say sorry, shipping isn't free! Hope this helps, Pam |
