I've seen this before. I wish I had an answer for you. I have a workaround for you. I don't know if it is really worth it. We "resell" a product from Yahoo called Search Submit Pro.

What this product is, is - We work with Yahoo and submit every page of your website into their index. You pay an average of $.28 per click for every url. It guarantees that every page of your site is in the Yahoo index.
From what I've heard from other customers, when you cancel or pause the program, Yahoo doesn't remove the URL's from their index. There is no guarantee on this.
