Word Press is the best and easiest to set up, but stick with 2.3 for now too many bugs with the 2.5. Loads of free templates so no programming is involved plus plugins to add great functionality to the blogs too.
If you have your own domain you really should add a word press blog to the site and forget the free sites like blogger, live journal, and even wordpress's free blogs.
By hosting it yourself you'll get better page rankings and more respect in the blogging community.
